Slash Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates the website slash-solutions.com. We are a digital product studio based in Pristina, Republic of Kosovo. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow the Kosovo Law on Protection of Personal Data (No. 06/L-082) and, where it applies to visitors from the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Contact form

When you submit our contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), an indicative budget range and timeline, and your message. We also record the page the form was submitted from and, if you arrived via a marketing link, standard campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, and campaign). We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, referrers, country-level location, device type). It is cookie-less and does not track you across sites or build individual profiles. No advertising or marketing trackers run on this site.

Cookies

We do not set cookies for visitors. Authentication cookies are used only by our own team to access the site's administration area.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your data is processed by the infrastructure providers we use to run this site, under data-processing agreements:

• Vercel: website hosting and analytics
• Neon: database hosting (EU region, Frankfurt)
• Resend: transactional email delivery

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete it within 24 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to our processing of it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Kosovo Information and Privacy Agency or, for EU residents, your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update it here with a new "last updated" date. We will not weaken how we treat personal data already collected without telling you.
